And they say sexual intercourse may not have the same protective effect because of the possibility of contracting a sexually transmitted infection, which could increase men's cancer risk.

A full prostate is not a happy prostate...
I do chastity, both lifestyle and long-distance, and some of these guys want to go months in a cage without even being milked..
but my last Mistress made me!
I don't allow that on my watch - if they want that they can go somewhere else - am of the opinion that sort of situation is a prostate infection just waiting to happen.
Also I fail to see the point? You don't see people walking around with full bladders to the point of bursting due to some sort of misplaced piety or even for fun..
