I meant to say: place formula =A1&""&B1&""&C1&""&D1&""&E1 into cell F1 A1= D1=Description text E1= F1=Hyperlinked descriptive text I'm having to save the URL's into a notepad doc then import them from file (delimited, separated by space into first cell). I do the same with the description text. That should make more sense...and work. |
If you need to get rid of the formula that strings everything together in the last column and just have the text values, you can copy and paste special, then select "values." Usually not necessary, though.

...or just copy that column to a text page & then copy it from there back to the column.
