I couldn't think of anything funny to say so I'll do the ass kissing part. LOL Actually I do like it. Looks good and I really like how the links are easier to read with the grey background and not centered. Nice change.

Looks great man, only thing I noticed is that you have some big advertising banners on the top next to the logo, and when they are too tall it splits the logo and table and stuff. Just thought I would let you know, but it looks friggin great other than that :)
