Three non-recip directories
 

I have a blog directory - Erotic Blog Directory - that has been around awhile and has about a 1000 blogs listed. I've been kinda sorta picky about the blogs I accept in the past and as I'm dropping the requirement for reciprocal links standards are a little higher now. This is not to discourage good blogs or bloggers, just RSS fed splogs and ill conceived ventures best left alone.

Erotic Bookmarks is more relaxed. I'm not so picky here and will accept blogs and other kinds of sites. The only thing I ask is please write a good description. It's good for you and good spider food for me.

Erotic Directory is my latest and is a little experiment of mine. Although I will warn that standards here will be higher than at the other two I am not expecting perfection or high PR or any hogwash, just good erotic, adult websites. The only drawback is no hard core content is accepted. This directory is empty so I welcome your submissions.

As stated, all directories are non-recip so submit your heart out. Thank you.

Just an interesting observation... Take it for what it's worth... NOTHING

But I know when I first started, people would offer no recip submissions or what not and about 90% of the time, submitters would go ahead and add a link anyway.

It seems to be it's reversed itself and that now, if it isn't mandantory then submitters aren't putting up recips.

Like I said... Just observing.

My site is already listed on Erotic Bookmarks (recently), so I've submitted it to your other two.

I put a link to Erotic Directory on my site so my surfers can find other high quality blogs! No pressure to accept my site on ED though... if I don't make the cut we can call it an ABC trade.

If it's the one I'm thinking about, I approved it earlier this evening.

I'll be submitting a few more of my sub-standard blogs here in the near future in hopes that I can slip something past you

Thats because I know the quality of your sites and the way I see it a blog roll should be as much about making suggestions of other places a surfer may enjoy than just a place for recips

Just want to clarify something. My rule is not against hardcore paysites, it's just that I don't want hardcore content on the sites submitted to Erotic Directory.

Which is how I promote sites and I want one directory where that is the norm.

I just submitted, my site has been around for a few years and turned it to a blog the past year. I normaly dont submit to blog directories because they most require reciep and I feel its shaddy to post my link and no gaurentee of linking back, espically when I feel my blog and site is very good quality.

You only have a few choices.

1) You can build an entire traffic network independent of everyone else.
2) Submit intelligently to directories and other traffic/back link sources.
3) Submit to only non-recip directories.
4) Something I haven't thought of.

If they dont recip, pull their link and dont forget who they are so you don't waste time with them in the future.
