you can try that url throughout the day and see if the results vary much. Also it gives some indication as to other things you can do to optimize page load times.

ab -n 100 -c20 http://www.adigital-fantasy.com/
from a remote shell and it will give you some idea if its the machine thats slow, or your connection.
