After a few hours at my accountants last night it seems I owe about what I thought I would. Which is not necessarily a good thing, LOL. Usual work here today for the most part.

Record heat of 93ºF yesterday and this morning it's down in the sixties.

Just a day of running a few errands and slaving at the computer planned.

I got up at 4 something & I'm already tired. I'm starting to think my life is supposed to be 8 hours awake, 4 hours asleep.

I've got 3 movies coming today that I want to watch: The Day The Earth Stood Still, Doubt, and Yes Man (ok, 2 outta 3 I really want to see - lol) So I guess I know what I'll be doing once the male mailman get here.

Record heat here also which is not bad at all. All windows are open and the kids are on spring vacation and are really lost of what to do.. I feel sorry for them.

I'm still working on things I wanted done before the weekend, and even worked on over the weekend. I'm hoping maybe today I'll be done, but either way I'm watching The Day The Earth Stood Still if it arrives today like Netflix says. (btw, it's a female mailman here)

I sure wish the damn space aliens would hurry up and land already.

Morning all. Today Is work, chiropractor, and garden. Making it I hope a normal day, as I haven't had one of those in a little over a week.

Good afternoon:) its 3:48 midday here and a temp of F69 niceeeeeeee|bananna|.
Finally last sunday i cleaned the pool, it took me a goddamn 3 hours to clean it and some muscle spasme (it was pretty slippery in the pool and i had a hard time to keep standing straight!), result a totally clean pool and me already a second day of totally pain in every muscle of my body, i didnt know you use so much muscles with cleaning something....and ofcourse the pool is clean and filled with fresh water now (i only have to do the chemical shit ) and the next days we will get lower temp and rain|cry|, but when the good weather will return the fun can begin right away (if we get good weather here in holland, temps like F72 is normally here for summer but temps like F80 are uncommon here).
I also have bin busy with planting some strawberries plants in the backyard and other plants like tomatoes and pepper.
Working in the yard keeps me busy and relax, oke making a birdhouse didnt work and that one ended in the trash, but i will try to make one of those again soon:D
Heay trying to find a balance here to not freak out online and to be a nice person in my private life and its working:D

Hmm. Found out FNMA updated their guidelines effective March 1st regarding getting another loan if you own 4+ properties. Basically if I want another loan I'd need to put down 25% PLUS have 6 months reserves for EVERY property I own. That's like 80 grand. :(

Shot pool last night in my league. I did lose...to a girl :) And, I got a call just before I shot and was told one of my dogs had to be put down. It was kind of a sad night.

One of my kids has a performance tonight that we found out about last night.... Other than that it should be work as usual all day long.

Some cold air rolled in last night. We were at the grandsons baseball game it got really windy and cold, and people were freezing. I had a couple of blankets in the truck and we fit as many as we could under them. You'd think we lived up north or something....|loony|

Good to be at a baseball game last night sitting in shorts enjoying upper 70's weather. Of course tomorrow we will be flying into weather far below that with possibilities of snow.

We have one of our sons staying here while we are gone so need to prepare the house for that and I still have errands to run and need to finish packing.

Morning. Took my car in for service. I was going to wait, but once the list of stuff they had to do to it came up I got a ride back home. Between the service and registering my car today is going to be an expensive day. ugh.

Went to the movies last night and saw I love you man. Had a real good laugh.

Now back to projects.
