java urlencoding for embedded video

I found a video embedder that allows you to put a link on the embedded movie out to an affiliate sponsor, but it was mangling my link and preventing it from working. The jscript was mangling it. Fucking jscript, I hate fucking jscript. Anyway, I found a good utility for escaping the hyperlink so it works even when embedded in a video player. Its here:
