Add bookmark javascript that works in Firefox?

I'm looking for an add bookmark javascript that works across browsers including Firefox. So far all the bookmark scripts I've seen for Firefox incorrectly load the bookmarked page in the sidebar rather than in the main browsing window. Anyone care to share, or have a different solution?
