I've got one question. Can I use SSI on my free sites ? I mean somthing like that :

It can help to chenge sponsors when one must start to use other sponsor. I don't change enything only sponsor ? Will it be breaking rules ?

SSI is a perfectly legitimate way of doing things as long as you stay within in the normal site rules.
