CSS drop down menu - I need someone to make this for me
 

I need a basic horizontal css drop down menu designed please.

I have tried using a template but its a little confusing for a novice!

I know what size it needs to be, and the color and design.
So if you can put the script together so I can load it straight into the html please pm me with a quote
