Ordered content, need help.
 

Ok, I ordered some content and it is being delivered via FTP. I usually buy content and then I am able to download it immediately. I don't have any FTP experience and have uploaded my sites through frontpage extensions (which sucked) in the past.

Could somebody give me an "Idiot's Guide To Getting Your FTP Content."

This is what's on the website for "How to get your content".
DELIVERY OF CONTENT, choose FTP, or on CD via the the Post or Fed Ex. We create the FTP folder after we have checked the order and payment. If we're asleep it will take a few hours.

Sorry, I am still new to this and any information would be greatly appreciated. If you give me a link to your site, I will gladly list it on mine for your help.
