Tracking LL submissions
 

How do you guys keep from submitting the same fhg to the same LL. What type of mechanism or software do you use.

I have been keeping track of my submissions on a piece of paper, but I can see outgrowing my current methodology real quick as my fhg galleries begin go grow.

I think you're a bit confused. Link Lists accept Free Sites and TGP's (Thumbnail Gallery Posts) accept galleries.

I'm not sure of anyone that lists FHG (Free Hosted Galleries)

If I submit a FHG as part of a free site, it is either from new sponsor or its a new fhg the sponsor sent out in an update email

I should have worded my question in a different way(a more dictionary accurate way). But I put this question in the newbie section, because I am still, very much a newbie.

I only have fake tgp and blog sites at this point, I don't have a Link List or real TGP. To get traffic to my sponsors I have begun making fhg. I have made 20 fhg so far. I submitted one of my fhg to one Link List and I submitted two fhg to another Link List. I don't know if my fhg have been accepted yet.

Of the twenty fhg I have made, I am concerned that I may submit one of the fhg I have already submitted to a Link List twice, if I don't have a way of tracking what I have submitted to each Link Liist.

What are you referring to when you say "fhg" ?

I am pretty sure I am wrong about what a free hosted gallery is now. What I am referring to is a page with images or movies that is submitted to a website that accepts submissions of this type of page and displays the links to those pages as text links or images.

My question was simply how does a person keep track of what webpages they have submitted to any site, especially when you submit a lot of webpages.

This is Free Hosted Gallery (FHG): http://welcome.ivanafukalot.com/gals...mpaignid=12956 - as you can see it is on sponsor's hosting (I believe that's why it's called Free Hosted)

Picture/Movie Gallery is when you take free content from your sponsor's affiliate area and create one page that looks something like FHG above, but it is made with your design and hosted on your hosting.

Free Site (FS) consists of (usually) 4 pages - index, main and two galleries (there can be more of them) and you submit it to a Link List (LL).

You can find plenty of galleries if you visit thehun (just google for the term "the hun" it's the first hit) and there you can see how galleries should look like. For Free Sites (FSs) you can check any Link List (LL) here on the board, I suggest you to check link-o-rama and see how free sites should look like.

I know I haven't answered your question about tracking (I don't have the answer for that but I'd like to hear it from some older members), but I hope that now you understand a bit more what these terms mean :)

You are creating Thumbnail Galleries. Which get submitted to TGP (Thumbnail Gallery Posts) - a FHG is a Free Hosted Gallery which is provided by a sponsor and many fake TGP owners (meaning they do not accept public submissions) use them to fill in their gallery spots.

Each gallery should be built and submitted in a freesite just once. So after building and submitting, you forget about it. There's so much content there's no reason to use a gallery twice.

Thank you Receptor, for helping me get the wording of my question correct. Instead of saying Free hosted gallery, I should have said Free Site. I won't get those two names mixed up again.
