Spidering freeHosts?

Do some of you guys/gals have a list of free hosts I can use when I review the sites submitted? Ore how do you do it?

How can I see if its a freehost ore not http://www.cybernicus.biz ? (Well it says Private Hosting)

You can usually tell by the name server or how many other sites share the same IP
