2257 Compliance HELP (URGENT!!)

Hi all,
hope you are having a great day.
Im a total newbie to this , and I decided to start my own adult website.
but when setting up with the payment processor compàny I found out that I need the 2257 compliance (bla, bla, bla) , so I searched on the internet, but theres to many info to understand.
Can you please tell me if I, beeing the only model on the website, and beeing the webmaster and own producer of the content, can keep the records?
Or, can you please provide me information for my case.

please, please, please

thank you so much

(i'm based in europe, but the site is a .com)

my web: www.sexynayyara.com

Hard for us to give 2257 advice as we're not lawyers, but yes I believe you can keep your own records. Look at other single girl sites and check how they have their 2257 links set up.

pretty sure you can keep you own files, but you have to probably list your home addy because thats where you probably will keep them...thats not too fun if you have a stalker.....

I would get a post office box for that reason. Also, if you're in Europe the FBI isn't going to to knock on your door. They may knock on your host's door though so it is good to have your files available, but nobody needs to know your home address.

They recently changed the regs so you can have a third party [i.e. lawyer] hold the info but before that you were bound to have them at your place of business and available to the FBI for inspection during regular business hours. Needless to say, under the old regime few "single girl" webmasters complied and gave out their real names and addresses on their 2257 pages. If it were me, I'd get an experienced lawyer to do 2257 stuff now that it is allowed.
