Dead site/ remove links
 

Just fyi ..... if anyone has links up to ANS I'd suggest pulling them as it appears those running that show now decided to kill the site.

There's a link on http://www.greenguysboard.com/ for them as well.

Unfortunate. That was once a very rockin board back in its "flat" days.

And without warning, all the contacts and business going on in the PM box is gone.

What about submitted sites to ANS LL and the BAT list?

gnarpen, I only know about the BAT list because I host it. Those pages will remain live along with all active links to show my personal appreciate to all those that participated in it over the years.

As far as the rest ... who knows ....

It's kind of sad. It ANS was the board I ended up at after the shakeup over at the Netpond. It all seems so long ago now.

ANS was the only other board I visited because it had REAL knowledge and not fluffy BS. I really and truly hate to see it go. Rowdy, I truly thank you for moderating a board that was full of great information and support. It took a lot of dedication on your part, and I appreciate the years of help I have had from you.

I remember you from way back then. Fuck we are all getting old.

It was the first board i joined in 2001, as a newbie, people felt very save there on the newbie board, it was a fun board that time, all the linksite owners at one board and all the newbies at one board (newbies to afraid to post on the linksite board:D) and then the chats, i believe they had 4 or 5 chats a week there, always late for me but i always stayed up to join them, specially the graffic chat, that one was most fun:D, lots has been changed there the years after that, lost of shitty things.Oh well just memories, now we have GG and Jim Board:D

Yep.it sucks for the ones who had pms saved there, that time when i got a free accound at gmail (gmail was new and i got mine from Tdavid), i sended all my important pms to my gmail accound and saved all there as a backup:D, i noticed the board gone this morning because i had a pm message from ans in my emailbox from a guy, when i clicked the link i got 404.

ANS was the first board I ever joined and communicated in. It started/helped my business.
