Woke up to a cold morning. Looked outside to see fog and frost. Lots of rain expected tomorrow so I have a lot of outdoor work to do today.

Demolished a little patio earlier today and doing some adult stuff at the moment. Got a bachelors party this evening so I might get a bit drunk.

I get to call AT&T today since we can send MMS on one of our iPhones but not mine. I really loath dealing with their tech support.

Other than dealing at AT&T just another day of more of the same.

Morning folks .. just the regular Saturday schedule stuff here today (more work as usual :) )

Well this is the first time I have had the chance to get on the computer as I just got out of the Hospital. Thurs evening A good friend mine had her birthday and we went to a club and after 15 mins there, some guy try to pull her halter top off. I stepped in and next thing I know I get sucker punch from the back and a whole bunch of dudes jump me. I was swinging as fast as I could .. I guess the bouncer thought it was me starting the problem because all of a sudden the punching stopped and I was slammed on the floor from the back and put into a choke hold until I passed out. When I came to, I was being drug across the floor to a door. They open it throw me down two flights of concrete steps and left in the back ally. I was dazed and confused next thing I am being punched again. I look up and it was the same guys. Someone said something and the ran. I crawl to the front street were my friends grab me and took me to the hospital. I have a full leg brace neck brace..etc. The only good news is they removed a gold tooth from my knuckle. So this 52 year old got a little pay back.:(

Good morning. Have to go to lowes this morning so a buddy can help me do a couple things with some base board and then get some longer screws so I can screw in this plug plate.

Got a little headache from drinking and staying up way late last night. Need to go get some coffee with shot of espresso in it. Or maybe put a little whiskey in the cup as well or something.

Sounds like you got some rough treatment there Mike but it's good to hear your recovering. I doubt bouncers are allowed to put you in a strangle hold to the point where you pass out and then throw you down flights of stairs. That kind of thing only happens in movies usually, so you may have grounds to sue the club for what happened. Didn't the girl or your friends tell the bouncers why the fight started? If there are any cameras on any buildings showing the front of the club, you may be able to ID the group that came around and beat you up again as well if this went to court.

Yea They told them afterward. They did not seem to care. I have already hook up with a attorney. I look like a hot mess also. At least me friend did not get hurt.

Sounds like a typical bouncer. A don't give a shit attitude towards everything until it comes back and bites them in the ass and then they say they were following orders of the mgt. Well it will be the mgt you will sue and the bouncer for actual bodily harm probably. Take plenty of photos of your injuries, get a report from the hospital detailing your injuries and give it all to your attorney along with testimonies from your friends.
