i need to change my cc with them since i found it my cc was compromised last week

But I sent a cancel request to that address a few months back - they never responded, nor cancelled the account. I'm still getting charged from inet.

I'm not worried about it, just noting that a cancel request didn't work.

Their submit forms haven't even been working for about a week.

I'd say your best bet would be to contact submit pass, and change your info with them. They handle the billing for Richard's Realm.

im going to let my account with them expire and switch over to submitpass

I think they were doing an office switch so it may be a bit hectic in their world right now. The one I have is the webmaster@
