I see that big storm on the weather reports this morning, looks like many people will be getting either a lot of rain or a lot of snow. Down here it's a different story, and I'm hoping for cooler weather to return so I don't have to run the a/c like I had to do yesterday. Going to be in the 80s this weekend/weekend, but then maybe down into the 70s by next week (I hope so, I don't like paying for a/c in December). Right now I'd just settle for a nice breeze, but it's been dead calm and that makes the heat and 86% humidity worse.

Okay, that ends the weather recap for this morning, time to get back to work now.

My used bike racks finally arrived yesterday. I thought UPS would be delivering them but it seems they were shipped via USPS wrapped in a trash bags covered in a few rolls of packing tape with no shipping label on them so I'm not even sure how they got here.

Took me about an hour to figure out how to install them on our kayak trailer since I didn't have any install instructions.

So now we can tow two kayaks and two bikes at the same time.

The storm has hit here though there is not much snow but it is windy and still snowing. No school buses running so that means school is optional and my daughter likely isn't going. Did I mention snow sucks? LOL

We must be living in the lucky belt because although we have high winds, we have had no snow to speak of so far. If it stays like that I'll be happy.

We have a shit load of snow this morning and me without a snowblower. Not that it matters much...my Mercedes has rear wheel drive and is like a fish out of water. I will be here all day. :)

Like everyone on the board from around the Great Lakes, we also got snow. Took me a hour to shovel it and it was heavy! Good for making snowballs and snowmen. I wish I needed to put my A/C on.

My wife's company won't let her lease a car without snow tires if it is a rear wheel drive. Her next car is going to cost us an extra $2,000 even before we get the keys!

Good morning. Slept in as I stayed up late. Around 11:30 last night I thought it a wonderful idea to start drinking some wine while playing quakelive. Then I ended up reading in bed and fell asleep just short of maybe 20 pages of the end of the book. Doh. A little later I'll finish it.

Time to cut more movie clips and work the day away.

Dropped the wife off at the airport last night so I stayed up way later then normal but I did sleep in. Slept great too, helps when someone is not there to wake you up and tell you are snoring, lol.
