I am opening my link list up shortly (the site is getting targeted SE traffic already) but was curious what your requirements are to trade links with?

Is there a minimum # of free sites that need to be listed, etc.

All depends on how many categories really say 30 cats you would need a good amount of sites :)

It's a fetish niche - I'm looking to start it general until I get alot of submissions in which I will have about 10 categories.

.. and 5 full categories are better than 25 empty ones.
