high quality links exchange needed

I’ve got some high quality sites (pr2-3, less than 5 links on a page, and i'm offering an in text links, no footer link farms).

I'm looking for QUALITY link exchange - no footer link dumps, minimum pr2, less than 20 outgoing links on a page etc..

My sites niche is webcams, BUT, if your site is high quality contact me too, I have many niches up for trade.

This trade should be long term.
I might consider buying links too, if you can offer a good deal.
