Instead of making sites with copies or doorways which will never get SE listings, why not just build more real sites?

im trying to get my free sites listed on as many good link lists as i can.. do you think i shouldnt do this? i've talked to many ppl and they all say they submit to 50 or even more lls.. i dunno how to do it without building of doorway pages like im doing right now..
you have any suggestions? i will be happy if you have a solution

I guess you would have to figure out which link lists accept the doorway pages and which do not, then sort them out so you can get the most sites accepted. Apparently there are many link sites that have no problem with doorways, so make the doorways for them and submit your clean site to the others. You can get away with 15 or 20 recips on a page if it's done neatly.

Personally, I rarely even look at doorways because I am more interested in trading links with sites that have a possibility of getting picked up by the search engines and sending back a little of the search engine traffic that I send out.

BTW, I have 8-10,000 free sites and not one is an exact copy.

It's not so much doorway pages that I don't like. It's more crappy doorway pages that I don't like. I can assure you that nobody is checking your pages for PR to see if they get listed or not. IMO having a ton of multiple generated enterance pages actually hurts your site's SE performance, as they can get flagged by google as spammy doorway pages , and will scatter or ruin whatever focus that you had when the links are spidered to all of these nearly indentical pages.

I say: make a good warning page that you know will get listed with 20 or so of the best LLs, place you links there, submit, and move on to your next submit. The pr will be tranfered from all of those link sites to your free site...IF THEN if you are smart enough to make some kind of hub structure with all of the freesites on a domain - you are looking at a lot of spidering and might see some SE traffic with time.

Just my 2 cents.

Well Jay :) Can you really tell me why don't you list that sites?
Seems like everything fine.. but if you don't like Link Lists with that i put your recip can you tell this? Please help me to get my sites better :)
