List of Sponsors That Dont Pay For Foreign Traffic

This is not a bashing thread. I'd like to know what sponsors dont pay for foreign traffic. Whether its all foreign traffic or just a few banned countries. List them here!

Only one I know of is wegcash.com

Anyone others?

We do NOT pay for traffic from 2nd or 3rd world countries! We will however get you paid-per-click for all 1st world traffic, at rates set at auction, no less than 5 cents per click.. :)

I think when you spam, you supposed to help your chances of getting new webmasters & not puch push them away :D

That's just it.. I wasn't spamming, and we don't want traffic that does our clients (advertisers) no good.. |peace|
