Nice site but you have watermarked videos with no links to the originating site. So it looks like you're using stolen content. Or at the very least copyrighted content. So you're basically using other people's content and videos that they worked hard to produce or bought with their very own hard earned money and exploiting them to try to make your own money. Those people/companies didn't pay for their content so guys like you could use it to show their surfers with links to I Know That Girl, AFF and other sponsors.

Now maybe you never really thought about it that way but you are stealing. I do actually see links to the sponsor on some of the pages but not all so you're stealing sometimes which is still bad.

What you're doing here is what you should be doing with ALL the videos that belong to another company:

The links are so far down the page you can't even see them with big banners to other sponsors all around.

Got it...linking to sponsors now..Also remember I dont upload all the videos...users upload too..Really to be honest there is no way of knowing where some of those videos come from..They get uploaded and they are pretty random, so I could never really know what site they came from..but I am doing my best to clean it up. Even the bigger tube sites like youporn and xvideos dont like to sponsors, also if someone comes to me with a copyright complaint I take it down no questions. TubeSites are kinda killing the online porn industry but the SERPS love it, I get thousands of hit a day straight from google. Its the future, just I dont see any money in it.

Your tube is using vids to promote sponsors that aren't associated with the vids being used.

As others in this thread have already mentioned that is steeling.

This is how a legal tube does it. Notice that each video has the sponsor's banner and link above and below each video.

The "user upload" excuse is way way played out.

Try another good one.

The "rouge designer" excuse is still viable and works like a charm for some.
