Anyone encountering a chargeback peak with ccbill?
 

Hi all, I've been noticing a very unpleasant chargeback and refund pattern with ccbill in the last 2 month. Usually, chargebacks, refunds and returned checks alltogether are less than 1.7% of my sales. This month I'm at 6.5%! Last month it was pretty much the same. I had 6 chargebacks just for yesterday. |banghead|

CCBill claims all these subscriptions are related to fraud and that they just can't do anything about it except blacklisting the credit card and/or the customer. Is there anyone here with the same problems? Any advice? I'm really considering switching to another credit card processing cy.

They dont use verified by visa so more fraud can occur, try out zombaio they use verified by visa and only a 4.9% fee and no $750 visa fee |thumb

Hmm we've mentioned a regressive progress of chargebacks and refunds since May this year. On the other side there were a few more declined sales (by ccbill) but June was a positive surprise for us after all. How is July so far, worse or better than June?

They have to wash all those cross sales from such top notch stand up guys like 12clicks.

Hope Ron banked all that money this time but Im certain he didnt just like the last time when they stole Serges business to move on to mainstream to give the joy of popups to the world.

Maybe next time they will be back pimping some scam on all of those pedo domains they registered years ago.
