anyone here use charter cable high speed
 

i just started using charter cable and am having a hell of a time trying to work with any scripts that I use such as auto gallery pro.

I can surf and have no probs and I can get to the main domain but as soon as i enter admin and press any executeables the modem just kicks off and I have to reboot the modem

charter says its not them and i use phatservers for hosting and they say its not them

could it actually be the modem (motorola surfboard cable modem)

Never had this prob with any other cable high speed or previous wireless company

any info appreciated

I've never heard of the problem you describe before. It sounds like you may have a funky modem. Can you change it out for free?

I use the same cable service and have no problems. I also have the Motorola Surfboard modem and use auto gallery sql.
