Good Morning All, I got nothing

Went to my doctor yesterday for a season of getting poked and prodded. I was happy to learn that I've lost weight since my last visit. Turns out that I have a pinched sciatic nerve so he gave me a couple of shots, a script for happy pills and told me to start doing stretching exercises each day. Yesterday Christy taught me some stretching exercises that I did again this morning and it really seems to help so I guess I'm destined to doing stretching exercises each day for the rest of my life.

Busy day preparing work and as I leave tomorrow for Rhode Island for my daughter's dance finals. Gone for a full week.

I spent the hottest part of the day outside digging holes in the ground. The shower I just took was well needed :)
Computer stuff for the rest of the day. That's about it.

Time For Work...WooHoo!

Morning. Had an awesome weekend of golf and sweating in the sun. Played over 50 holes of golf. I'm hurting a little today. All day yesterday I was beat up and today I just feel really tired.


Just work and watching tv today. :)

Having a very shitty day - 1st the funeral & now I feel like shit. Hopefully my doctor can fix me up tomorrow.

I've got a HUGE case of the tuesday blues. I was productive for about 2 hours today. Fuck me.

I'm ready to crawl back in bed. One of those days I tell ya.
