What defines a "Mega Affiliate"? I have heard them mention a few times. I assume they are big in scope.|huh

I've never heard that term in my life, but I'd assume it has to do with affiliates that can send a large number of signups.

Or it has to do with obese webmasters.

An affiliate who can send 10k a month in sales to any given program.

The real mega affiliates send this amount to several sponsors each month.

Any relation to Megatron?

Same thing. Just glad they are out there.

The more commonly used term is "super affiliate" and it basically means a top affiliate that can refer huge amounts of traffic and sales.

I thought that was it.

So I'd be a "Micro Affiliate"...

That's great if it can give a tremendous income for a month. But what example of mega affiliate can you suggest? |huh

Not many of them around anymore. And $10,000/month is a lot to one sponsor unless the sponsor has lot of sites. Though doable for sure and easily being done by many of affiliates 3+ years ago.

Example? Freeones, Rabbit's Reviews, TheBestPorn, Worldsex network, any big TGP/MGP in the early 2000's. Maybe even Tommy's and Link O Rama could have been. ;)

Even some others that you would never think of as mega affiliates.

Like King Host, Porky Host and Your File Host.. Just to name a few.

Some with paid traffic also do large volumes.

One person(#1 at several sponsors) that I chat with occasionally does $5-10k/day
