Why can’t adult webmasters find my phone sex directory?
 

Hi all

This is my first post, so you’ll have to bear with me if it’s in the wrong place or anything!

I have launched a new adult directory just for phone sex and mobile phone porn listings. www.thephonesexguide.com

What I’m trying to find out is how to get webmasters of phone sex sites to find me and submit their sites.

I have tried to submit my site into some other adult directories in the ‘webmaster \ directory’ sections, but because I don’t have a lot of content yet they won’t list me. It’s a bit of a vicious circle!

Where do you chaps go to submit your sites? Do you Google for adult directories or just submit to the ones you’ve used before

I have a couple I can submit to you also. I'll tell a few other I know about your site too.

I actually have a phone sex category that can always use more listings. You may want to check out linkspun.com and look for some link trades there, which can help you get a trickle of traffic started.

You've got a very tightly focused site, which can be a great thing in the long run, but tends to take some extra work to get started.

I see what you mean about it being a very specific type of site. When I was looking around just seemed like most of the search engines didn’t have a phone sex category anymore

Part of the problem is likely the relatively small market for phone sex and the limited number of webmasters that promote it. While there is still a market for phone sex, I think that many of those type of customers have been converted to live webcams, which offers visual stimulation in addition to the live chat experience. You may want to network with some webcam sites just to get the ball rolling for your site.
