Welcome To Monday

Good Morning and Happy Monday Everyone!

Well the last camping trip of the year is out of the way and now its time to get back to work.

Have a great day!

Good morning.

Had a good time in Malone golfing for the weekend. Now it's back to work here as well.

Cleo 2010-09-20 08:08 AM

Weather here is starting to cool off. Time to break out my winter shorts, tank tops and flip flops.

Just my usual day of work, errands and a quick workout at the gym.

LOL, I was just thinking I needed to get my winter coat out.

Good morning! I've got some family things to do and then work. Have a great day.

Good Morning
I spent most of the weekend with my wife and stepdaughter doing "fun" things. :) Watched football most of the day yesterday. Today is mostly work with a little offline things being taken care of.

I can't wait until I need to look like a whale stuffed into a wetsuit in order to go snorkeling this winter, not.

Good Morning :)

Feel like the shave button is turned up again. Thats all I got.

LeRoy 2010-09-20 12:09 PM

Good mornin all. Feeling good about pushing porn this week.

There was some talk about porn de-sensitizing our brains @ On The Bench.

I went to Jay's and Dan's party that night. I am now de- de sensitized.

Watching pretty porn girls "one up" eachother through the night will never get old.

Have a good one ya'll :)

Good evening folks.
Just another Monday here. Nothing special to report.

Have a good one all!

Morning all. (Well it still is here |waves|) Working through my first submit of the day. I made scrambled eggs with mushrooms, green onions, and spinach for breakfast, the first time I've had eggs in about 6 years. Plus had some Veggie Bacon Strips, which were excellent. |thumb Not sure why I never tried those earlier.

Did a Nutritional Typing test last week, and realized I wasn't getting enough protein in my diet. I can only eat so much tofu, soy milk, soy protein powder, and cheese, so added eggs back in.

Cleo, any good suggestions on other veggy protein sources? No way I will add meat/chicken/fish back in, but maybe there are some good veggie ones I'm missing.

I see to do just fine eating beans, tofu, soy milk, vegetables, pizza, and pretty much everything except dead flesh.

Edit
Oddly I just ran across this website when looking for iPhone apps. Haven't really looked through the website yet other than to have downloaded the iPhone app.

Good evening everyone,

I hope your day was as good as mine, aren't long weekends great? Anyway I just looked over the stats of my sites and reached the 200hits a day mark yesterday. No sale yet but I'm happy |bananna|

My problem is my sugar starting to go up, and weight having a hard time coming off, cause I'm eating too many carbs...even veggie carbs. I have found increasing my protein, decreasing my carbs, it is stopping the cravings, and my sugar is getting more normal. Not an atkins, but more like 50% protein per meal, instead of about 10% or so I was doing.

Are you Vegan, or a lactose / ovo-lactose vegetarian? I was strictly lactose, but started adding the ovo too.

When I was a veggie I kept eggs in my diet as well.

Raw nuts is a good source as well. We mix our favorites all together in plastic cereal container. Makes it easy to grab a handful or two a day.

Also, protein bars can help plus they feed a chocolate craving at the same time, if you find the right ones.

You have probably heard of this but if not, Moosewood Cookbook absolutely rocks for vegetarian recipes.

I'll have to look for Moosewood Cookbook, thanks. I do eat nuts too, almonds and pistachios are my favorites to add.

A bit of a ovo-lactose vegetarian since just about everything served in restaurants and whatnot has dairy in it but almost a vegan.

Just saw this vid of a 71 year old vegan on Facebook.

Damn, I hope I look this good when I hit seventy.
