Greenguy's Board - Problems with openX delivery limitations

After getting the hang of OpenX, I am trying to use the delivery limitations to serve ads at the top of my category pages relative to the category.

It just doesn't work. I did recently upgrade to the latest version, but I do not see any issues on the forums about recent upgrades causing problems in this area.

I go to banners, delivery, delivery options, and choose site page URL as the limitation, and set it "contains-amateur" (no quotes).

But the banner shows up on the anal page.:

I've tried a few other limitations such as brower, and it doesn't work either.

Am I missing something? If you recently upgraded and are using delivery limitations, will you see if you are having problems?
