Would LL owners have a problem with Addthis on sites?
 

I'm talking about the social networking widget just above the Enter/Exit links on this free site.

I added it to my LL/TGP/Tube/Hub pages the other day and now I've added it to the root page of the free site that I did yesterday and this one going out tomorrow. So far none of the link lists have complained about it but yesterday's FS was the only site submitted so far.

I got the idea because I saw it on a free site submitted to me and it seems like a good idea. |thumb

(as to your question, unless some bot doesn't like it..i really don't see it being a problem for a known submitter..while a newbie might not get away with it since its far more than 3 links/bookmarkers...)

I would think it would help in link popularity and it link sharing.

It does make it easy to send the link to a friend or to add it to ones Delicious bookmarks or to Tweet about it, etc.

I've used them with no problems, and they are welcome at my sites.

So far after the brief time I've used it most people seem to be using it to Tweet.

I just added it to all my sites on my newest domain. I'll post the results in a week or so.

Every time I see one of those on "our" sites I click the Stumble Upon link & throw it in there :)

Thanks, that was what i would have guessed, but wondered if i was missing something there...it'll be interesting to see if you do get some more traffic from unusual places because of it...

I have small addon on my linklist where submitter can tweet his/her site to my twitter account, extra few clicks for each submit , by the end of the year few hundredths or more hits it's worth the hassle. Of course there's a possibility that someone will retweet one link and so on. Who knows |huh

I use it, and it is wonderful to look at my stats and see not only people bookmarking my free sites, but actually sharing them on Facebook, Twitter, etc. |thumb I really need to put on the rules that is is fine, but no problems here with it.

Just looked at my stats, 53% of my shares are people sharing on facebook with my widgets.

Now that is a good idea, I need to do that too. One service I haven't signed up for yet.

So far mine are mostly Twitter.

Today I did my first TGP gallery using it at the places that were ok with it.

I've basically just been putting it all over. :D

I updated my rules for it.

Gonna try it out, its a good idea :)

...and it seems to work :) Havent had rejections based on it (yet) and some links have been shared. Very nice.

So far the only place that I've had an issue was Worldsex due to their script not allowing the JavaScript that called open a window but none of the LLs that I submit to have had an issue with it.

I don't have a problem with it, actually, after reading this, I added it to mine too. Put it on my mainstream sites also.

No problem with it. I've been using it on my portal for long time.
