Someone who can setup a drupal site in French
 

Im looking for someone who can setup a site for me using drupal.

The site will be bilingual, French (as primary) and English.

I have been trying for a few months now and Im just about ready to quit. The site is up and running but I cannot get it to work as needed.

This is a non adult project.
