Found my content on another website - What to do ?
 

I found content wich I shot on another website. I emailed the webmaster : No reply.

My watermarks have been deleted and he is using the content as if it was his !|angry|

What should I do now ? The asshole lives in Croatia.

Depends where he is hosted, if the host is legit you could send a ceast and desist order to him and his host and his registrar too.

theres so much content out there ... why go looking for trouble
just do a whois get the address and and mail him a license with a bill

Sending them a DMCA would be a good start.

before you send a dmca.. send them a reasonable bill/invoice and see what happens

I agree. Try sending him a reasonable bill.. something he would actually say hmm ya i'll pay that.. and give it 30 days. Then if nothing, send the dmca.

has that worked for anyone? the guy is obviously a criminal. he's gonna laugh at the invoice - and probably the dmca too. contact his host.
