Want to swap traffic and hardlinks for coding work
 

I need a small php script made - a link rotating system, and would like to swap someone for traffic and hardlinks.

I can give links on 100+ blogs and alot of amateur / webcam / teen / tube traffic - thousands of dollars worth of traffic and links each year - for about 5 hours coding work.
