Good Friday morning to everyone.
I am trying my last Tuesday's plans again today. I hope it goes better than then. If it does, I will be out of here from about 9:30 until 1:00 PM EST.

No snow for the first time this week :)

I have one or two clients to see today depending on how much new equipment shows up so I may be gone for a bit or all day. It has been a long time since I've had this much work. I'm already booked up for most of next week. This seems like it is the year of upgrades. :)

I noticed on the news the other day that a man your neck of the woods had killed his family and was hold up for a few hours then surrendered to the swat team.

No snow for us last night & the snow we have is melting (about 1/2 as high as it was on Tuesday) so life is good :)

Fonz - I actually noticed a decrease in emails overall last night - I usually wake up to 2500 in my "junk" box, today it was 1600 - of course, Eudora has decided that pretty much all my mail is "junk" & it's putting legit mails in there, so it's like haveing 1 legit inbox & then another normal one with all kinds of crap to go thru :(

If it wasn't such a pain in the ass, I'd get a brand new email addy & use only it :)

I accidently reset my e-mail spam filter a few days ago. Damn I get a lot of spam, worms, viruses, bullshit. It was hell for about three days as I trained my spam filter again and it is still flagging a few e-mails that it shouldn't so I'm having to look through the spam folder to see if I'm missing anything. Looks like all should be fine now, but if anyone sends me mail and don't hear back this is why.

I have filters that catch a lot of my spam. If something gets through to my inbox I can mark it as spam with a single click and never hear from that addy again.

The opposite is suppose to be true. Unfortunately, I've found no matter how many times I find certain emails that "should be " in my inbox and click not spam...they still get caught |angry|

Gotta take the wifes car to the shop today because the "Check Engine" light is on, I see something costly in my future :)

For those of you fighting spam check out cloudmark.com I am using their spam filtering tool for like $3 a month or whatever it is and it seems to catch a lot of spam and you share the spam with others in the network so if someome else gets a spam message before you it will block it :) Pretty nice system, catches a lot of crap for me.
