Blacklist?

It seems LL owners here are quick to put people on their blacklist for making the egregious error of submitting one bad free site mirror. Is there a way I could check to see if I'm on anyone's blacklist? I checked http://bl.usefulscripts.com and one of my domains is there. I've been appealing for 18 months with no response.

I've been submitting to LL for over a year straight, I don't cheat, and I'm hoping to make my sites better through reading the archives here. Are there some general guidelines to follow in terms of size of thumbs? I don't want to make them too small but I don't want 20k thumbs on each gallery page either.

Thanks! |shake|

Thumbs are fairly basic. Make them 100-150 on the long side and they should only be 4-8K each if compressed properly.

Link lists are starting to get bombarded with sites now from autosubmitters almost as bad as TGPs are so yes there seems to be a pattern of blacklisting faster going on.

What we as link list owners DO NOT want are cookie cutter templates all submitted day in and day out. Really, how hard is it to take an extra 10-30 minutes to make a few small changes in your index and main page? Galleries can be the same but submitting the same mirror page over and over again is annoying and honestly shows NO effort on the part of the submitter.

And don't people realize it hurt's sales to use the same template over and over again?

I downloaded Easy Thumbnails and it's a great timesaver. Great free software program.

I use Roboform to assist in my free site submissions but all of them are done by hand. I don't see the point in autosubmitting mass sites since those domains will get blacklisted anyway.

Thanks :)
