Unfortunately my old domain is on the blacklist on GG and PB for multisubmits. [i have clock broken :-P ] |sad|.

I make new design of my fs and buy another domain. And question to LL owners. Would you list this freesite?

I have a question for you.

Why is it that us link list owners are getting spammed by sites from Poland by webmasters that use lots of different nicks and domains and when we trace back where they come from it all points to just a few actually webmasters?

Cool design! Looks nice 2 me. You may have a problem with the "HomeMature" banners looking like thumbs thou.

You are talking about me ? lol. I'm using nick Gnat or on few sites Gnacik - usually because login must be >6 char long :P I can't be responsible for other webmasters from Poland or anywhere on this planet. And why you mark 'from Poland' ? you are anty-polish person or what? i guess you have lots of 'spam' from other countries too on your LL and don't generalize that this spam is from my country.

Not anti Polish at all, but do find about 80% of all my problem submits seem to come from that part of the world so it makes me wonder what is up in Poland and when a Polish webmaster comes to the board it seems like a fair question to ask,

This is very complicated problem. I think many people think that on making galleries or free sites they can be rich after few days or months. lol. If they haven't money after this period they start cheating to make this money. i think.
Another problem is that many people don't understand english.

[In poland in the past in primary school we must learn Russian not English as a foreign language. Fortunately many things was changed from this time. And now children in infant school are learning english. :-) ]

I come to board because i want to be well-known. I think when people are known me our bussines and cooperation will be better. I'm using always same domain, nick and email. hm.. before GG was Blacklist me ;-) now i must using other domain but nick is staying with me.

Ps. What you think about my new free site? When i submit it to Cleo's Links it will be listed ?

exactly, as Gnat said, many webmasters seem to don't understand that success in this biz (and in each one practically) is in long term cooperation. not making quick buck from cheating...
it's sad fact and I feel pretty ashamed that 80 % of your problems Cleo are due to people from .pl :/.

I have seen a Polish webmaster complaining about being accused of being part of a "cheating group" before...

They said that the ISP system was different over there and people are often setup running through a shared local subnet that makes them all show up as being on the same IP... or soemthing like that... anyway it sounded like it made sense to me at the time I read it..

That might account for so many of them appearing to be connected when tracing them back.

Yes, unluckily it's normal here |sad| I'm owner of large network on my street. My ISP give me four public IP but i have connected almost 100 people to this network. I must use NAT to connect each person to internet. In my city is one ISP and i have no choice - I must get internet from him.

I don't care for that sponsor, very borderline content.

As far as only one ISP where you are I use a lot of other methods to track who is actually building sites, affiliate codes, coding style, coding errors, exact size of graphic, spelling mistakes, lots of small things in addition to some cookies and things like that.

In my mind, the problem that has occured with polish webmasters often has less to do with IP addresses... it has way more to do with cookie cutter sites that all look like they were made by the same person, same return links, same subject matter, etc.

Mature / young boy stuff won't get listed on any of my sites.

I feel sorry for the honest webmasters getting hit with the broad brush, but I suspect that more bad than good is being hit by it.
