Legal content for Tubesite license?
 

Many content providers sell content, but what say licenses, can it be showed in tubesites for free? There is no mention about that.

Depends on the content provider. I allow it but a couple of the producers i sell for charge extra so it really depends.

I always thought you were buying a license to use it on the internet, so why would it matter where/how you used it as long as it's online?

I haven't bought content in ages, but I remember some places had restrictions on FHG use!

Yes, that's right. When you buy content some charge extra to use them for FHGs, some have limited domain usage and some have specific usage allowances such as inside a members area only.

Of course many content producers are out of business these days so you can't even double check the licenses anymore if you need to.

Yes I agree. It depends on the content provider. They are the ones creating licensed contents. You will have no problem dealing with them. |headbang|

My content license does not allow videos to be posted to free sites, a seperate license is available for those purchasing content for tube (free) video sites. And only a percentage of the image content purchased can be used in FHGs. Each content sellers license can have different rules governing this type of distribution.
