I kind of took the weekend off so it's back to work Monday for me.

Pretty comfortable here in New York, but it's also still early. I wouldn't be surprised if it heats up to unbearable levels some time soon.

Hi all :D Hot as hell again here today, i got a new fan that for some reason makes a shitload of difference, still unbareable but much different. Hopefully today they will have the new electric shit done so i can turn on the ac.

I don't get to say this too often but it's hot here in Winnipeg too. ha ha

Yesterday it hit 32C, already 30C today at noon and climbing. (so low 90's F). Heard it's supposed to go to 35C sometime this week. Of course since I'm basking in the coolness of my air conditioning I won't be complaining. In 3 months it will be winter again here so may as well enjoy it while I can.

But yes, again you read that right; Winnipeg, Canada, has hot summers and it is indeed in the 90's right now.

I know, right? Huge news. :D

Not too hot over here tho.

I thought I posted earlier, yet, I find no evidence of that.

Spent this weekend shoveling bits around, tried to merge a web designer's work into a template which has taken much longer than it should have. I'm not sure why designers haven't embraced templates.

Just spending the evening trying to find a way to organize the madness I call my office here.

Just can't seem to ever find what I need until 3 days after I say fuck it.

I hear ya Greenie. I was forced to get a job or lose everything. So this has turned into a part time thing as it still is making money.

Mine aint that bad, technically - the credit cards are creeping up, but even teh worst is under 40%.

But, I used to keep them at 10%, so it still is nervewracking.

But I live a different lifestyle.

Thank the universe I paid off my house when I was bringing in mailboxes full of checks lol.

I'm not usually that smart with money, having lived hand-to-mouth self-employed most my life.

I was not forced to get a job but when one was offered to me at my old salary and with the wife being laid off it was hard to say no. It's only thru the end of the year so I am still working all damn day and night to square myself up financially when this gig runs out.
