It's Veteran's day here in the states so no mail, banking or school today.

It's so nice being able to keep all our windows open although it's actually a bit chilly here this morning with temps in the upper sixties.

Went for a nice long walk, over one mile, last night. So far so good, almost recovered from being stuck in bed for five days.

My doctors want me on Plavix but the generic version isn't available in the US and my insurance won’t pay for the brand name version so my costs would be over $200 per month. I see I can get the generic version from Canadian pharmacies for $12 a month so probably going to go that route today.

Just another day of playing catchup in work planned.

I'm in a ridiculous amount of pain today - I was sleeping when around 5 AM I woke up coughing really hard, which shook my entire body & now my neck & shoulders are just screaming. Extra pain meds aren't even working :(

I should be here all day, trying to work & trying to not cough.

Work all day for me then home to Ottawa tonight. Gonna watch the hockey game and have a few pints. :)

Having our roof done this weekend. Replacing shingles is like the worst thing to do. Shingles were bad and I HAD to get them replaced but when you blow 2 grand on a new big TV you have a big new TV to watch, lol. However when you blow 7K on a roof you got nothing but a fucking roof you already had. Sure it's new but you can't take it with you or watch it or feel it. Home maintenance in general sucks donkey dicks.

Morning. Well another fucking shit game by the Chargers. Ugh. At least most the Raiders fans around me weren't that bad. I think actually for the most part the Greenbay fans last week were worse.

I'm feeling like shit today and have a million things to do today. This should be fun. Had maybe just a tad bit too much to drink last night. ;)

At least it's Friday. I think I just need to get some food and coffee in me.

It's also a holiday here so the gf, my son and I went to the zoo today. It was cold but the sun was out so it was a nice fall-day.
