Well, my progression after my surgery seems to have stopped. It's getting hard to type as my hands are getting more numb & my knees feel like they are locking up :(

Thank |buddy| for The Bitch - I have no idea where I'd be without her.

That sucks. Are they having you do strength training, i.e. squeezing a ball to keep circulation going? Make a call, it could just be the healing process, but, better to be sure.

Good morning. Yard work, painting and cleaning up to do today.

That does tooally suck, hopefully it does get better.

Whenever I've had invasive surgery I've had to do rigorous physical therapy and painful exercise. I've been forcing myself to walk at least a mile every day since this latest attempt at fixing my leg which is extra hard to do as I'm also dealing with a cold.

Just got back from a morning walk around our neighborhood.
(I think only a real geek would use a smart phone app to record her walks)

One of the shemales that I maintain her site for had a new tour done. I'm doing the slicing and html for it with the provided PSD so may start on that today although probably won't get a lot done with it until Monday as Christy and I are talking most of the weekend off.

Just two more episodes of Breaking Bad left so will probably watch them today.

Morning all. House all clean, and my computer is out in the Kitchen (on the same type of table as Greenie) waiting for our client to come in 1/2 hr.

Hope your healing starts progressing again soon Greenie.

They said I didn't need any physical therapy because:
1 - everything should get back to normal on it's own
2 - if it doesn't, that more than likely means I have a 2nd narrowing of my spine lower down, which means another surgery :(

For a while I recorded every time I walked the dog. I figured one day I would get some time to take the KML files and analyze them looking for patterns. i.e. at 6pm, is he more likely to go left or right, etc.

alas... time.

Afternoon. Sorry to hear Greenie that your recovery isn't going so well.

So today got up and went to the beach to eat breakfast at where a friend works. She hooked it up. She actually just came over to the house now to watch a movie with us or whatever is on the box.

Tonight going to a catered birthday party down the street. Can't beat that. :) My brother is in town at some concert so possibly might meet up with him after that. Guess it depends how much fun is being had at the birthday fiesta.

Anyway, time to fix this girls iPad while watching some tv.
