One of the most precious meats one can ever have is Mangalitsa Pork. Its meat tastes like steak. Mangalitsa is most marbled, flavorful and juicy. Mangalitsa fat is more unsaturated than normal pig fat, so it tastes much "lighter", "cleaner" and melts at a lower temperature. The fat is also healthier and keeps longer, due to higher levels of oleic acid. The fat is so prized that its used in the production of of sausages and even expensive soaps. Mangalitsa meat has stronger flavor and more than double the marbling of average pork. And the meat comes from an odd-looking woolly pig that can be found in Hungary and the Balkans.
