I watched Chronicle yesterday based on the previews, which did seem very cool to me. What a fucking AWFUL movie. I can't believe I wasted $4.99 to get the HD version on PPV |pokefun||greenguy|

Big rains overnight here and the weather people say it's going to be raining on and off all week. Which is fine since my plans include not going anywhere and working hard to make a difference in what seems to be a slow starting month.

@Greenie - that movie made it onto my Netflix list based on the previews too and I agree it was an absolute waste of every minute I put into watching it a few days ago.

Funny, but IMDB rated it 7.2 which would make you think it was good.

Fuck, if life didn't get in the way some days, I'd be able to work on my sites. I've got to squeeze work in between taking my barfy friend for a medical test, submitting my daughter's summer school application half way across the city and figuring out why our pool is generating 6x the chlorine it should.

We are starting a heat wave (30+ C / 85+ F) here today so when I don't have to go out, I will be inside.

No bad movies here but lots and lots of juicy freshly picked mangos.

Sick of competing with the wildlife for mangos that have fallen from the tree so ordered a new fruit picker last night. This one cost less and has a fiberglass pole unlike the more expensive one that had a wooden pole from Home Depot that broke.

Still really sore from three days of kayaking in one week so not sure if I'll make it to the gym today plus I've got tons of work to do. May go for a short bike ride later this afternoon though.

Watched the last episode of The Killing last night. What an awesome show. Not sure what happens now as the Danish one they got it from is just starting Season 3 in Sept I believe.
