2012.08.01 Morning! The New Month Of August ...
 

Good morning. I am starting yet another "do over" on my diet in hopes of losing 20 pounds / 9 kilos. Work wise, I am stuck in the middle of a mainstream project for now which means that adult will take a back seat for a while.

Still trying to recover from our getaway to the Keys.

Lots of work to do today as I'm trying to get caught up. Also hoping to start going through all the pics we took and make a couple of posts to my outdoor blog.

My excitement so far this morning was to order a cherry pitter since they are in season now and we want to make fruit leather out of them.

Morning. I need coffee. Worked until the usa girls won the gold. Had moved to the couch though on the laptop then. Now here I am again.

Alright. Just another hump to get over. Have a good one.

Well, I had my 4th MRI read today and, while he said the work he did in the last 2 operations looks great, there really is nothing more he can do for me :( And I do have scar tissue on my spinal cord, which apparently can not be fixed.

But I'm not going to feel sorry for myself - not today, anyway. Today is all about Slayer, Motorhead & Anthrax |headbang| My buddy & I are heading out to Darien Lake for the concert in about 90 minutes. My neck is gonna be really sore :D I created an event on Snap Replay for it:

Cleo - we got a cherry pitter a couples years ago & I truly LOVE it! It's a bit time consuming to get the pits out of a bowl of cherries, but it's worth it to eat them without having to spit after every one :)

I needed an extra week to make July have better numbers but I guess you gets what you gets. So now it's August's turn to make me proud of how well it does.

I gotta say, this positive outlook stuff really works..errr...hurts.
