Heat index is supposed to be in the triple digits today on this big sand bar that I reside on.

Finally starting to feel better after getting the crap knocked out of me by whatever the fuck it was that I caught. Almost ready to start kayaking again.

Forced myself to stay awake to watch Breaking Bad last night and then the episode was such an adrenalin rush that I couldn't go to sleep after watching it.

Besides making a quick trip to the grocery store to pickup some cheese, grapes, hummus, crackers and a Powerball ticket (it's up to over 300 million) plus a few other things just a day of trying to make a few bucks selling smut planned for today.

Good morning. No triple digits here but ragweed pollen is out in full force.

I was at the cottage this weekend but got back to time last night to see Dukes of September Rhythm Revue which comprises Donald Fagen (Steely Dan), Michael McDonald (Doobie Brothers) and Boz Scaggs (Steve Miller Band). The music was great but the sound was too loud and horribly mixed.

Just site work and shuffling the ususal group of people around.

I saw it was only supposed to be 90 degrees (F) here today on my weather widget but your post, Cleo, inspired me to look at the full report. Seems the UV index is crazy high and the "feels like" temperature will be 100 to 101 here too.

Good day to work inside and put off all errands to some other day.

I was referring to the heat index. Official reported temps are taken in a shaded box.

The heat index I think only takes humidity into account so standing in the sun is even higher although I'm not sure.

Humidity is actually not that bad today, for Florida anyway, but just now when I went to the grocery store I felt like I was going to be vaporized by the sun.

Morning all.

It hit 112 here last week, and this week we have another in triple digits. I don't care if it is a dry heat, you walk across a black topped parking lot, and you feel like you are in an oven. Fall cannot come fast enough for me.

Today I'm staying indoors and working on porn. We have the swamp cooler running full blast, and so far its staying in the low 80's in my office, so life is good.

Took yesterday off, slacked off most of today, so it looks like I have some work ahead of me for tonight :)
