I think you may be confusing a site which is free (like yours is) and a "Free Site" which is a specific kind of site designed for submission to Link Lists.

If you look at the Free Sites which are listed you'll see they follow a standard design:

Four pages, which include a warning page, a main page that links to two gallery pages, and the two gallery pages.

Your site may indeed be a free site, but it's just not a Free Site.

What you can do is to submit free sites in sub-directories on http://que42.com/
Something like http://que42.com/allie-emma in which you have a warning page with recips from people you submit to and an enter link that leads to a main page that then links to the two galleries...gallery one allie (http://que42.com/issues/003edfk/019.html) and gallery two Emma (http://que42.com/issues/003edfk/016.html)

That would create an acceptable free site, and move traffic to your main online magazine page

And on them create a link to your main site http://que42.com/que42.html

This is a Link List that lists Free Sites (see Rule #1) . We do not list Galleries, AVS Sites, Pay Sites, Tube Sites, Blogs, Top Lists, etc.

Rule #1:
1 - I only list Free Sites (warning page leads to main page leads to gallery pages) No galleries, no pay sites, no avs sites, no tube sites, etc.

I know you said you used to do this & you're getting back into things again but come on!
