Malwarebytes Warnings
Do you ever worry about, de-link or notify sponsors whose links, banners, feeds come up in Malwarebytes warning as potential malicious site?
Malwarebytes does give false positives sometimes. |
If, for example, it is on sponsor hosted galleries used on your TGP, most surfers assume it is your site that they are being warned about and run away very fast. So, yes, even if I know this is a false positive, I avoid any such links like the plague.

They started popping a few days ago on 2 of our blogs and a forum. The warnings I mean. From banners. Thats what I worry about as far as surfers. Though they would have to have malewarebytes up and running with website blocking activated. I notified the program. Not sure if they are taking action or if they can do much.

That will kill your traffic real fast.

Check your sites then with malwarebytes activated. Its two pretty big programs with dating, members sites.
Correction, one program. F L I N G. The other program took proactive action apparently. |
FLING seems to be working on it as well. Thank god.
We still have some sites showing it but not all. |
