Got my first sale a few days ago?
 

Movie dollars sign up. They bought $20 VOD time on Saturday. $10 yesterday. $20 today. That is about $50 spent on porn in less than a week.

Is that normal? I have been at this a while and had only a few free sign ups. Do people go on porn binges? Then pull back when they get the credit card statement?

I know that there are people out there that don't mind paying for good, quality porn videos. I know if I was a surfer, I'd probably be sick of low quality crappy tube vids & end up dropping a couple bucks at a VOD site that has HD movies.

Used to be that they would spend a lot for a few days after payday, then it died down. But nowadays there does not seem to be the payday peak. I'm guessing that (back then) as the money got short they stopped buying porn and were desperate by the time payday came round, but that nowadays the availability of free porn tides them over so they are not so desperate.

Non adult sales still peak a bit after payday.

Notice they upped their $20 purchase today to $35.

I agree, Buying VOD is awesome compared to searching all night for the vids on tube sites. But feel kind of guilty that they are spending that much money. I wonder if they even know how much they spent until they get their credit card bill.

Guilty?! If not thru you, they would have bought it thru someone else. Just enjoy the run |thumb

Don't - it is their choice. In fact if they want to spend money on porn it is NOT your right to stop them, it is a free country.

All the VOD companies I know are very upfront, the only way they could not know how much they are spending is by closing their eyes and punching keys on their computer randomly!

Just sit back and be glad that they used your refcode instead of mine!
