Waking up to a wet and musky one on this first Thursday of 2013
 

Kept on getting woken up by storms and little furry creatures. Some were very tiny and some were soaking wet. I don't think our cats like the rain at all.

Went outside to throw yesterday's coffee grinds into the garden and it's really humid and musky out.

We are under a tornado warning right now. Tornados here are nothing like the ones that the midwest gets but they are still something to worry about.

Christy got up extra early to go to yoga this morning. Personally I think anyone that goes out in this without having to is nuts but she does really like her yoga. I'm having yogurt for breakfast since that only involves walking to the kitchen.

Good day to stay indoors and work so going to spend the day and work on my AVS site along with other stuff.

I am beyond |angry| livid!! My normal doctor had a death in the family. So I call to get a refill on one of my meds. The CUNT |angry| that's filling in for him thinks I'm taking too much of this med & |angry| decided, even though she is NOT |angry| my doctor, that she's going to lower my dosage |angry| by about 25%. I barely get by on this med now, and this CUNT |angry| wants me to use less?! |angry| LIVID!! |angry|

If I take my normal dosage, I'll run out on Sunday. But she decided |angry| that I am to go til Tuesday |angry| with the pills that I have onhand. So I have to run in & pick up a script dated for |angry| Tuesday this morning. |angry|

Other than that, life is just fucking ducky |fonz|

Been a regular week overall I guess for me. No meds and no yoga, just work with some food and beer thrown in there somewhere lol.

This CUNT is out of her fucking mind! I picked up my script & here's how she has the dosage:
6 pills for 4 days
5 pills for 4 days
4 pills for 4 days
3 pills for 4 days
2 pills for 4 days
1 pill for 4 days

Apparently, even though shes not my doctor & my doctor will be back next week, she's taken in on herself to just cut me off my pain meds |angry| FOREVER!!!

I've been busy catching up with my "Things I Needed To Do Yesterday" list for about a week now. Good news is I should be done with it by the end of the month. Well, maybe not this month, but definitely by the end of a month.

Greenie - that doc needs someone to give her a dose of pain meds. And not the kind that alleviate pain either. I mean she needs to feel some pain and then not be able to do anything about it.

Maybe this will help you (and others) smile a little...

I'm so with you Greenguy, I have to use sleeping-pills because of my permanent condition. Since the ones I've used for years doesn't work anymore I have (finally) been granted heavier stuff. Not happy, but it's necessary.

Problem is, now he is counting days. I am to visit him tomorrow and he'll tell me I have pills to tuesday. Then I have to make a hell of a fight to make him understand I am stuck in the middle of the wilderness unable to pick them up the whole next week. And this guy gave me a lecture about how much he trusts me when he prescribed them first time a month ago. He gives me 15 a time. I'm so tired of this and now he has started to count my painkillers-days as well although I am below what his max-dose allows me. Not easy to change doc either with the stuff I have to take.

Bright side, my grandson is here, we're having so much fun. |thumb
But I am not getting a second of peace, so I can't get any work done. Well, can't work all the time either.

Afternoon. What a day. Still have a bunch of stuff to get to. However, all I want to do is watch more Arrested Development. :D That and take a nap.

Yea I was going to look into the legalzoom route. Hopefully they have a suggestion on an agent that's a requirement for a company there. I've seen a ton online for that. I think the range is around $49-$200 a year depending what you want the agent to do. Only need to issue the minimum shares too.

Just want to make sure I do it right the first time so I don't have to go back and fix things.

Both of them will provide registered agent services. Legal Zoom is a little less expensive at $159/yr compared to around $240/yr for The Company Corporation (incorporate.com). As long as you're willing to put in the time to learn about the differences between and what's required for each type of business entity, the do-it-yourself route is a good way to go.

The first decision is whether you want to go with a corporation (S- or C-type) or a Limited Liability Company (LLC), or a Limited (Liability) Partnership. Both of those sites have pages explaining the basic differences. Then of course you want to be sure you want to have the business registered in Delaware, since Nevada and Wyoming offer similarly 'friendly' environments to operate a business.

If you don't want to spend the time to learn all about your choices and the requirements of running each of those options, you may want to get an attorney experienced with these things involved, at least to get advice on which type of entity is best for your specific needs. But if it's a relatively simple business, you can do most or all of it yourself.
