It's another glorious first Friday of June 2013
 

The sun is actually out this morning but the cute weather girl in club wear on TV says we will be having more storms later today.I guess she knows what she is talking about because she has the biggest implants of all the morning weather girls.

Really should get my fat ass to the gym today but feeling overwhelmed in work so my go tomorrow instead.

Besides playing catchup in my usual work Foxy's updates are due today and I really would like to get started on the tour of my AVS site.

Good morning/afternoon.

My mother called me this morning to tell me my grandmother died. She'd be in bed for the last year or so and her condition was slowly getting worse. In the last 2 weeks some of her body functions started failing and then tonight she died in her sleep. We all agree she's better off now but still it's not pleasant news. I'm officialy without grandparents now.

Other than that it's a hot and sunny day here and I finished the offline work week half an hour ago.

Good morning. The weather here is still not quite summer like, barely spring like to be honest. Work all day with some errands to run then a drive back to Ottawa. Yah

I have learned more about fitness. My knees ache terribly and it is because my quadriceps are underdeveloped. So now my day will be spent working and researching how to prevent runners Knee.

Stayed up way to late trying to finish things last night. Slept in but need more sleep so between cleaning up the house a little bit I feel a nap or two is coming my way before picking up my wife at the airport late tonight.
